These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Unity Social Bars website and services. By accessing this website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Unity Social Bars provides mobile bartending services, bar rentals, event bar staffing, and related event services throughout Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including for safety, legal, or policy violations.

3. Booking & Payments

  • A signed service agreement and deposit are required to secure your event date.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Final payment is due 3 days prior to the event.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Client cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate event details.

  • Ensure proper venue permissions.

  • Ensure compliance with all local alcohol laws.

  • Provide a safe working environment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Unity Social Bars shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from event services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid under the agreement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the event occurs.
