ALCOHOL LIABILITY & DRY HIRE DISCLAIMER

Dry Hire Policy

Unity Social Bars operates primarily as a “Dry Hire” mobile bar service.

This means:

  • We do not sell alcohol.

  • We do not purchase alcohol on behalf of clients unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

  • The Client is solely responsible for purchasing and providing all alcohol unless otherwise contracted.

Client assumes full responsibility for alcohol ownership and compliance with state and local laws.

Legal Drinking Age Compliance

Unity Social Bars strictly prohibits the service of alcohol to anyone under 21 years of age.

Our bartenders:

  • Require valid government-issued identification.

  • Reserve the right to refuse service if identification is not provided.

  • Reserve the right to refuse service if age cannot be verified.

No exceptions will be made.

Intoxication Policy

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to visibly intoxicated individuals.

  • Slow or stop alcohol service if necessary.

  • Remove alcohol access if required for safety.

Client agrees that bartenders have full authority to make responsible alcohol service decisions.

Client Liability for Guests

Client acknowledges and agrees:

  • They are responsible for the conduct of their guests.

  • Unity Social Bars is not liable for guest behavior.

  • Unity Social Bars is not responsible for accidents, injuries, damages, or legal violations caused by guests.

Venue Compliance

Client is responsible for:

  • Confirming alcohol is permitted at the venue.

  • Securing any required permits.

  • Ensuring venue policies allow outside bartending services.

Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Unity Social Bars from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal actions arising from:

  • Alcohol-related incidents

  • Guest misconduct

  • Venue violations

  • Underage drinking attempts

  • Failure to secure proper permits
